This service offering includes the installation and repair of all voice, data, coaxial and cable TV, and fiber optic.
Additionally, Security Loops can be requested to be installed to secure expensive equipment in public areas and classrooms. WashU IT provides installation and activation along with maintenance of the infrastructure for the security loop circuits for university departments (excluding Medical Campus) that wish to secure equipment via an alarm system monitored by campus police.
Requirements & Considerations
Excludes coaxial and cable TV on Medical Campus. Not responsible for responding to or monitoring alarms.
