There is a scheduling system for reserving the rooms. Please follow these steps to reserve time in one of the NRB lactation rooms.

1. Schedule a meeting on your Outlook calendar for the time(s) you want to reserve.
2. Click on “Location” and search in the Outlook directory for the room you want to reserve (NRB 3002, NRB 3029, NRB 7002, NRB 9002).
3. Click on “Scheduling Assistant” to determine if the room is available when you want.
4. If there are no conflicts, you will receive an email confirming it’s been accepted.
5. You can schedule recurring meetings if you plan to use the room simultaneously each week.
6. Please do not schedule more time than you’ll need to keep the rooms open for other users.

1st Floor (Northwest corner behind the patient transport elevators – 6 spaces): Amenities include a sink, chair, table and Ameda hospital-grade breast pump. The suite has a card reader and anyone with a valid BJH/SLCH/WUSM badge can enter. Please call Barnes-Jewish Department of Public Safety at 314-362-0750 with any access questions.

5th Floor (between clinical units 5200 and 5300 – 2 spaces):  Amenities include a chair, table, sink and Ameda hospital-grade breast pump. One lactation room is for staff, faculty and students who have a valid BJH/SLCH/WUSM badge can enter. The other lactation room is open for visitors, staff, faculty and students. See floorplan.

5th Floor (by the NICU – 3 spaces): Amenities include a chair, table, sink and Ameda hospital-grade breast pump.

Lower Level LS-3 Station 1 (1 space): Amenities include a chair and table.

Lower Level LS-3 Station 2 (1 space): Amenities include a chair and table.

2nd floor 2100 lactation room (1 space): Amenities include a chair, table and sink.

1st Floor, Room 110D Women’s Locker Room (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair, table, sink, microwave, fridge and 1 Ameda pumps. You must request badge access by visiting this form. See floorplan.

1st Floor, Room 1737 (2 spaces): Amenities include 2 chairs, table, microwave, fridge and 2 Ameda pumps. See floorplan.

17th Floor, Room 17324 (5 spaces – take the central service elevators to the 17th floor): Amenities include a 2 Ameda Platinum pumps. The suite has a card reader and anyone with a valid BJH/SLCH/WUSM badge can center. Please call Barnes-Jewish Department of Public Safety at 314-362-0750 with any access questions. Please note, there are a large number of female employees on this floor and there is only one restroom which is located in this area so please pardon the disruption if you are using the lactation room.

2nd Floor, Room 2211B (2 spaces): Amenities include 2 chairs, 2 counter spaces, sink, fridge, a microwave and an Ameda pump. See floorplan. 

Smith Wing, Room 220 (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 counter space, sink, and a pump. This space has open access with a hotel lock inside.

2nd Floor 2300 Hallway: Amenities include 1 Chair, Table and a refrigerator. This space has key access (PBX office located inside the entrance – Facilities/Maintenance)

3100 (2 spaces): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 table in each space. Refrigerator and sink to share. 24 hour access.

Medical Office Building #3, 1st Floor, Room 120 (1 space): Amenities include a chair, table, and refrigerator. The room is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

3rd Floor, (1st door to the right at the top of the stairs): Amenities include 1 chair, table and fridge. For badge access, contact Leah Owczarczak)

2nd Floor, Room 2229-Amenities include 1 chair, 1 table, 1 refrigerator, 1 sink, and privacy curtains. This space has open access.

2nd Floor, Room 2002(1 space):Amenities include a chair and sink

3rd Floor, Room 3019 (1 space):Amenities include a char, fridge and refrigerator

1st Floor, Room B104 (1 space): Amenities include one chair.

Volunteer Services 1st floor (3 spaces): Amenities include 1 chair, table, refrigerator, sink and a breast pump. Keypad access (call Facilities for code).

Cafeteria (4 spaces): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 counter space, refrigerator, sink and a breast pump. Keypad access (call Facilities Office for code).

OB Unit (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 table and 1 sink. Badge swipe access (HR provides access/push button outside OB unit).

1st floor (outside old OB waiting room) (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair. Open access with lock inside.

5th floor (East end, across from Nurses’ station) (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair. Open access with lock inside.

Labor & Delivery (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 table, 1 refrigerator, 1 sink and breast pump. Open access.

1st floor near Emergency Department (1 space): Amenities include 1 chair, 1 table and 1 refrigerator. Punch Code (Concierge).
