Administrative Information Systems (AIS) is a web-based information management system that handles all administrative, accounting and financial applications of Washington University in St. Louis. This system is custom-developed for WUSTL and is comprised of the following applications:

FIS – Financial Information System
AP – Accounts Payable
APS – Account Profile System
AS – Assets System
FI – FIS General Ledger
PDS – Proposal Development System
SPA – Sponsored Projects Accounting
CMP – Compliance
WS – Web Space

The Administrative Information System of Washington University in St. Louis is a private system that is restricted to Authorized Users. Unauthorized access or attempts to access the system by unauthorized individuals may result in civil and criminal liability and penalties.
